Andrea reported to feeling guilty, unworthy, deserves to be punished for her wrongs, regretful and unhappy about life, anxiety, hopeless, poor memory, poor concentration, no energy,). Therefore it is likely that Andrea is suffering from depression and may be focusing more on physical pain as some cultures do. Taking her culture into consideration can have an impact on the assessment because it will be understood that she is trying to cover up her depression by blaming her feelings on pain.
