The following sections need to be used and the following information should be addressed:
Defining the question
This section should define the PICO and the search strategy.
For the PICO, you should describe the following:

Clinical indication / disease / condition: Describe the clinical progressing and prognosis, incidence, and prevalence in Australia, and patient demographics.

Description of the intervention / service: Describe what the intervention is, what it does, how it is used, any regulatory issues or status, and where and how it is currently used.
Description of the comparator/s or current practice/s: Describe what the current comparators to the new technology / service are, and/or what current practices are.
Patient health outcomes from the intervention / service: Describe the anticipated change in patient health outcomes, how they are measured, and in what timeframes these occur.
Health service outcomes from the intervention / service: Describe the anticipated changes in the health service outcomes, how they will be measured, and in what timeframe these changes occur.

Searching and selecting relevant evidence
For the search strategy, you should describe the following:

The keywords, synonyms, and MeSH headings relating to the PICO.
The search string used to search systematic review or HTA literature databases, guideline database, and/or curated clinical trials database in The Cochrane Library or PubMed Clinical Queries.

Your justification for why you chose the publications for the clinical evidence, economics, social and ethics issues sections below should be documented in terms of how these publications met the inclusion/exclusion criteria of the PICO you have stated above.
Clinical Evidence, Safety, and Effectiveness
This section should include a summary of the key findings from at least 2 references using a similar table as below for each study.
