Using a convenience sample of employees (N=85) Bays, Matthews, & Randall (2010) explored how employees perceive their organization’s effort to address stress management, and to examine differences based on demographic variables of the organization’s location and size. The employees completed a Management of Stress in the Workplace survey, Bays et al noted that employers were not positive about the organization’s opportunity to manage stress in either prevention or rehabilitation
