There are dissimilar reasons why the healthcare organization should not get rid of employees who fail to meet organizational culture. Initially, I think that it will be very expensive for the organization to replace new employees. Therefore, instead of getting rid of those who do not match its culture, it will be imperative for us to implement strategies, which can support employees match with the organizational culture. Some of these strategies include the fact that, during the hiring and selection process, HR should selects qualified candidates who have required knowledge and skills. Additionally, it is possible to enhance the process by ensuring that all managers and supervisors in the healthcare observe their communication styles while with other staff members. They should ensure that their actions are in line with organizational culture of the healthcare. This is imperative because such individuals are the organization’s significant role models and most employees look upon them (Burns, Weiner & Shortell, 2012). Secondly, I believe that every employee in the organization come from a varying background with unique skills and experience that can benefit us. Therefore, instead of getting rid of those who do not match the culture, it will make considerable sense to offer dissimilar training, coaching and education programs to affected employees. This will be advantageous to them because it will ensure that required organizational culture sticks in their mind. Furthermore, the organization should conduct continuous training so that employees can keep pace with the ever changing organizational culture.
